Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone.

  2. Our team will arrange pickup from your address in Dubai.

  3. Once inspected, you’ll receive a replacement or refund (for prepaid orders).

Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD purchases, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
